Who We Are
-
BallsUP is a labour of love that is the combination of a NZ Mum that has an extensive tennis background, as well as design skills, and her son - a sport loving lil athlete that loves himself a good personalised ball.
Rachel has played internationally in her heyday, and was a coach/owner of one of the largest grassroots tennis businesses in Auckland,NZ. She sold this business before a family re-location to Sydney. What started as a discussion, and a thought process of what should be her next challenge, grew into the start of our small business.
-
Sydney-based local family business - allows for fast turn-around
Flexible Order Sizes - from small batches for personalized gifts to bulk orders for tournaments or corporate events
Professional Quality, ITF-Approved Head balls used - Having been heavily involved in tennis, it was important we use balls that get played with. Our tennis balls meet International Tennis Federation (ITF) standards, ensuring they deliver consistent bounce, durability, and control.
High-Quality Customization
Our high-definition printing ensures that your design is sharp, vibrant, and durable. Perfect for corporate branding, tennis tournaments, gifts, and more. With a design background, if you bring the idea, we can strive to make it happen!
-
We've done months of testing to figure things out. We wanted to personalise balls for players by using professional ITF standard balls, and having graphics that look amazing and last. We also do fun, novelty options. We stand behind what we do, and provide a premium quality service, and most importantly, local. Being smaller, we can offer flexibility/ personality that larger companies can't give, and fast turn around times to make your ideas a reality.
The name BallsUP is brought to you by Mason. He has some big ideas of what he wants to bring to the courts, but in the meantime, we are starting small, and simple. We hope you like our products, because we think we can have alot of fun making them. Mason also brought the speech bubble to the logo..."Because people want to be able to put their words, thought, or what they want to say on the ball". Yep, solid point.
So ballsUp was born, and our first product is ready to launch May 2026.
We can't wait to help you bring your vision to life. Custom personalisation, or one of our designs, let's bring your personality onto the tennis court.

We can print any photo, logo or text onto tennis but due to the process we cannot print white. Any white in your photo or logo will come through as the colour of the balls. Printing onto yellow tennis balls is similar to printing onto yellow paper so you may see an impact of this on the colour of your logo. If you would like us to comment on the print quality of you logo before ordering please contact us for advise.
Artwork Required: A jpeg file is suitable for printing onto our tennis balls. Please email it to contact@ballsup.au
Print size for printed tennis balls: The print area is approximately 25-40mm, depending on the print process and the layout of your design. For circular and square logos including photographs the maximum print size is 30mm and slightly larger for rectangles or text at 40mm. Sizing does vary depending on your logo.
Because the tubes have to be opened to print the balls won't be pressurised. To keep this time to a minimum we open, print and ship on the same day.
(Also note: I have design skills so touch base if help is needed with logo or vector)
